MAART: Management platform for tours, services, and orders
The project
MAART is a web platform designed to simplify and centralize the management of tasks related to tours, services, and events. It brings together tools to administer orders, guides, customers, suppliers, and billing processes in a single environment, helping users coordinate the various operational phases with greater clarity.
The project consists of an administrative interface and a backend that exposes REST APIs. From the panel, users can view and manage the system's main entities: create and update tours and events, assign services and guides, organize availability, and track orders. The platform also includes dedicated features for billing and data export, which are useful for reporting activities.
Particular attention has been paid to access control: authentication and role-based permissions make it possible to differentiate the available operations based on the user's profile. Guides, customers, and operators can thus access the information and functions relevant to their specific scope.

Technologies
The frontend is developed with Vue 3, Vite, and Vuetify, a combination that enables the creation of a modular and interactive interface. The backend uses Node.js and Fastify to provide the APIs, while Sequelize and MySQL handle data persistence and entity relationships.
The stack is completed by JWT for authentication, Yup for data validation, and dedicated libraries for document generation and exports, including PDF, CSV, and Excel spreadsheets. The application also supports multimedia content management and the sending of email communications.
MAART is a full-stack project that integrates an interface, APIs, and a database into a comprehensive management system. Its implementation required modeling processes and relationships among different types of users and resources, keeping the functionalities organized and accessible from a single platform.
