Inspxt
Context. Inspxt is the platform TC2 Group uses to run remote inspections certifying the quality of customer products. It serves a large, layered user base — administrators, back-office staff, clients and a network of inspectors in the field — each with its own role, permissions and tailored interface.
What I built
A fully custom-built live audio/video streaming system (WebRTC) for carrying out inspections at a distance — no third-party video SDK: signalling, peer connections and recovery flows are implemented in-house and shaped around the inspection workflow. Around it, CRM-style management of clients, jobs and reports.

Why it was hard
Many concurrent users with very different needs: inspectors on industrial sites with unstable connectivity, admins orchestrating dozens of jobs, clients following results. I carried out a complete refactoring of the platform — better UX for each role, a simplified database schema with a full data migration and optimized server-side code — without interrupting a service that runs with a 99.99% SLA.
Stack and results
Laravel REST API, React frontend, MySQL and Redis, with end-to-end tests in Playwright. The platform drives the inspection activities certifying the quality of TC2 Group customers’ products, with role-based access for every type of user.
